Minimum Requirements:	Have a shop on Etsy.com that sells handmade steampunk items. ***Supply-only shops are not eligible.
	You must have at least 5 items in your store, and your store cannot be in Vacation mode.
	At least 45% of your etsy store must be Steampunk themed.
	Commit to being active in the Steam Team forum
